Manic Panic is famous for being the best, most vibrant and long lasting semi permanent hair dye. Made using vegan friendly and PPD free materials. This is a pastel-izer which is used to mix with Manic Panic hair dyes to create soft pastel shades of colour. Please note that your hair will need to be lightened to a level 10 platinum blond to create very light pastel shades.
