Returns Policy

Badboy Jewellery will do our utmost to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied when they shop with us. However, we understand that occasionally customers may wish to return jewellery.

Faulty Goods

Badboy Jewellery policies for refunds, exchanges and returns do not affect your statutory rights to return faulty goods. If you would like more advice about your statutory rights with regards to goods returns, information is available at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk

Please note that we cannot accept returns of personalised or specially made to order jewellery.

Cooling Off Period

Jewellery may be sent back to us for a full refund for up to 15 days from the date of delivery of the goods, or returned for an exchange for up to 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or for any other reason, this includes your statutory cooling off period. Any products returned to Badboy Jewellery must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. We do not refund for any delivery charges, and returns incur a handling/restocking charge of £1 per item, except in the case of faulty goods.

We are not able to refund for personalised (for example rings engraved with names or dates etc.) or specially made to order jewellery. We are also unable to accept returns of body jewellery or earrings due to hygiene laws, except with regards to statutory rights regarding faulty good or goods unfit for purpose.

Refunds will only be made to the payment card used for purchase of any jewellery. If a gift recipient wishes to return a purchase, we are unable to offer a cash refund, however, we can offer a gift certificate or exchange.

Our refund policy does not in any way alter your statutory rights regarding the return of goods under UK laws.

Returns should be made by an insured and recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail special delivery.
