Most of our products are kept in stock and are available for immediate delivery to most of the world. The delivery time will vary depending on the destination, but is usually within 2 to 3 days (UK) and approximately a week for the rest of the world. After you place your order we will email to confirm the delivery time, If you are not happy with the expected delivery time and wish to cancel the order, we will refund your payment in full.
Our jewellery is sent in the UK by Royal Mail. Deliveries of orders over £20 are recorded, signed-for and insured. International deliveries are by Royal Mail international signed for service.
ALL UK orders over are delivered FREE!
International orders over £50 are delivered free of charge.
International orders under £50 have a delivery charge of £8.50 - £12.50 (depending on the weight)
We will try to arrange UK deliveries next day if possible, for orders made up to 3 pm Monday to Friday. Jewellery which is ordered after 3 pm on Monday to Thursday will be posted the following day and will therefore take two days from the order time until delivery. Jewellery ordered after 3pm on Fridays, or during the weekend will be sent on Monday and should arrive on Tuesday.
We do not charge any additional taxes or delivery charges, but international deliveries to certain countries may require tax to be paid to customs, when the items are received.
Badboy Jewellery will do our utmost to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied when they shop with us. However, we understand that occasionally customers may wish to return jewellery.
Badboy Jewellery policies for refunds, exchanges and returns do not affect your statutory rights to return faulty goods. If you would like more advice about your statutory rights with regards to goods returns, information is available at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk
Please note that we cannot accept returns of personalised or specially made to order jewellery.
Cooling Off Period
Jewellery may be sent back to us for a full refund or exchange for up to 30 days from the day after delivery of the goods, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or for any other reason, this includes your statutory cooling off period. Any products returned to Badboy Jewellery must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
We are not able to refund for personalised (for example rings engraved with names or dates etc.) or specially made to order jewellery. We are also unable to accept returns of body jewellery or earrings due to hygiene laws, except with regards to statutory rights regarding faulty good or goods unfit for purpose.
Refunds will only be made to the payment card used for purchase of any jewellery. If a gift recipient wishes to return a purchase, we are unable to offer a cash refund, however, we can offer a gift certificate or exchange.
Our refund policy does not in any way alter your statutory rights regarding the return of goods under UK laws.
Returns should be made by an insured and recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail special delivery.
